NDIS Counselling

A safe, supportive space — your way.

Tailored mental health support for Children & Adults.

Living with disability can bring unique challenges to your emotional and mental health. Our NDIS counselling service is designed to meet you where you are — offering a compassionate, non-judgemental space to talk through what’s on your mind, develop coping strategies, and work towards your personal goals.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so your sessions are tailored specifically to you and aligned with your NDIS plan.

Flexible session options

Choose the format that feels most comfortable:

  • In Person – Private and face-to-face sessions in a calm, supportive environment.

*Available in the City of Frankston, and Mornington Peninsula, Victoria only

  • Online via Zoom – Access counselling from anywhere, without travel or accessibility barriers.

  • Walk-and-Talk – Gentle movement in nature, for those who find it easier to open up while being outdoors.
